Service Requests
Submitting a service request does not automatically schedule service or authorize repairs. Runestone reviews each request based on location, current route capacity, pool condition, and the requested work, then provides an honest recommendation and next steps.
Evaluations & Pricing
Final recommendations and pricing depend on the actual condition of your pool, equipment, and property. Runestone provides accurate pricing before beginning scheduled or authorized work.
Authorization Before Work
Non-emergency repairs and additional services require your authorization before work begins. Runestone keeps a clear separation between diagnosis, repair labor, and parts.
Service Areas
Runestone serves selected areas of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek. Availability is confirmed individually based on the property address and current route capacity.
